Situated on the southern side of Anegada, the villa sits on a long white sandy beach with magnificent views of Virgin Gorda and Tortola. The house, having been redesigned in 1998, is tastefully decorated in a fresh and fashionable scheme. It has central air conditioning with two separate zones, the bedroom wing and the main house. Trade winds are captured throughout for those who prefer the fresh Caribbean breeze. The house is set on 2.15 acres of private grounds with lawns down to the sea. It's a brief walk along the beach to the Anegada Reef Hotel. Details
Off the lounge there is a patio room for relaxing and lazing with direct access to the grounds with large sliding glass doors and steps down to the lawns and beach. For outdoor entertaining, a palm-fronded, rustic gazebo on the water's edge with outdoor shower, dining table, wet bar, and gas grill makes an enjoyable location for cocktails and eating.
