Deposit Policy

Full payment is required for bookings under 3 nights. Bookings of 3 nights and over require a minimum deposit of 3 nights - this represents the charge for the first and last two nights of occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are given if notice of cancellation is received by the hotel not later than 30 days prior to anticipated arrival date. In the event of early departure, the last two nights deposit will be forfeited.

There is a $25 cancellation fee.
