Our accommodations include the Anegada Reef Hotel, and other
properties close by for your enjoyment.
General Resort Information
Car Rentals are available for $65 and $75 per day,
fuel excluded. The cars are suitable for four and ten people respectively. A
BVI driver's license can be obtained for $10.
Excellent Bonefishing is available for the half-day
($350)
for full day ($550).
Deep Sea Fishing is available for either a
half-day ($700) or a full-day ($1100).
We operate a shuttle bus service from the Hotel to the
beautiful northern shore beaches for snorkeling and swimming. The rate is
$8. per
person, round trip.
The full service restaurant at our hotel offers breakfast, lunch,
dinner, and cocktails.

The Hotel

Located right at the beach, the intimate and charming 20 room Anegada Reef Hotel has
been in operation for 28 years by Lowell Wheatley, 18 of those years with
his wife Sue, and is now operated by his children Lawrence and Lorraine.

Rates are per Night and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each room
occupant. There is a surcharge for lobster dinner. Packed lunches
are prepared at no extra charge.

Please note that once reservations are made for a specific plan,
it can not be changed once guests arrive in Anegada.
15% Service Charge and 7% accommodation tax are added to all bills. Bills
should be settled in cash (US$), traveller's cheques, or MasterCard/Visa.
Sorry, no personal cheques, or cheques from Canadian banks.
DEPOSIT
A three night deposit is required. This represents the charge for the
first and last two nights of occupancy and will only be refunded if notice of
your cancellation is received by the Hotel not later than 30 days prior to
anticipated arrival date. If guests check out earlier than the booked
dates, the last two night's deposit will be forfeited.
This can be by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), Travellers cheques, or personal
cheque on a USA bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $25 cancellation fee.

SETTING POINT VILLA
4 bed, 3 bathrooms, luxury air conditioned villa set in 2 acres of grounds
right on the beach.

re-booked, then also $100 will be forfeited.

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom studio style house set in the grounds of Setting Point Villa.
Air conditioned.
Three nights minimum stay.
Rates: $250 per night or $1500 per 7-night week in high season. $200
per night or $1200 per 7-night week in low season.
Maid service is available for $40 per day.
